  • How do I upload a photo of my driver's license on the New Client form?
Depending on if you are filling out the form on your phone or a computer, will determine how you upload your ID. If you are filling it out on your phone, simply use the camera app on your phone to snap a picture of your ID. When you get to the box to add it to the form, click where it says 'Choose files or drag here'. Your phone will then ask which app you would like to use. The app should be something along the lines of Gallery or Files. It will be the most recent photo you see. Select that photo, and it will attach the file to the form. If you are filling out the form on a computer, you will need to email the photo to yourself. Go into your chosen email provider on your phone and compose an email. In the 'Send To' line, put your email address, and then click on the button to attach a file, then hit send. Next, you will log into your email on your computer, open the email and download the image file. Then, once you get to the 'Choose files or drag here' box, click and it will bring up a file directory. On the lefthand side, click on the file titled 'Downloads' and select the image file of your ID. Then click open.

It is preferred that you bring the food your dog is currently eating, in order to prevent upset tummies. However, the Resort cannot accept or feed any raw food items, due to health safety regulations. The Resort does supply an in-house food for an additional charge.
