Reservations

Sending in a reservation request is as easy as clicking a button. Simply fill out our boarding form by clicking "Schedule A Reservation" and your request will be sent through. You can also update an already existing reservation by clicking "Update My Reservation".

If your dog(s) have not stayed with us before, you will need to fill out the New Client form.

We do have a 24hr cancellation policy that will be collected at the time of cancellation.

What Does Your Dog's Stay Include?

While your dog is here, they will be treated to 3 leashed walks around our pond, and 2 hours of outdoor time, either playing with their four-legged friends or one-on-one with a staff member each day.

When the weather permits, pools are brought out for the dogs to splash and play in.

Beds and bowls are provided, but you are welcome to bring your dog's favorite bed, blankets, and toys to help make them feel more comfortable.

Requirements

It is preferred that you bring the food your dog is currently eating, to help avoid upset tummies. We also offer In-House food for an additional charge.

*The Resort cannot feed raw foods, due to safety regulations

All medications must be brought in their ORIGINAL BOTTLES or they cannot be accepted or dispensed per federal law.

All visiting dogs MUST be up-to-date on certain vaccines. Required vaccines are:

Bordetella
Distemper (DHP-P) *must have had full puppy series completed
Rabies

A copy of the dog's vaccine records, done by a certified veterinarian, must be provided, either attached to the Boarding form, via email, or in person.

If your dog is in need of a vaccine or other medical care, and you would like it done while they are staying with us, please fill out our Medical Release form.

Prices listed are for single dogs. Please call the Resort for multidog pricing.

Multiple dog families can stay in the same room. Additional dogs staying in the SAME room are offered a multi-dog discount.

*If you are boarding multiple pets, it is recommended to select a room size up from the weight range of the largest of your pets, when choosing room preference.

Additional Outdoor Time

Here at the Resort, we understand that different dogs have different energy levels. So we do offer additional outdoor time each day for the dogs that need to get that excess energy out.

Deposits, Discounts, and Fees! Oh My!

Deposits

$50 deposit is required for a holiday reservation:

- The $50 deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled before the 7 day holiday cancellation policy is incurred

- The $50 deposit is nonrefundable if within the 7 day holiday cancellation window, but a partial refund may be issued if the reservation is cancelled before the 24hr policy.

- The $50 deposit will go towards your bill if your dog(s) come for their stay

Discounts

$5 off Goodie Baskets for first time boarders

5% military discount with presentation of valid military ID

Fees

$3/pet/night for using In-House Food

$15/pet for pick-ups after 2pm Monday thru Friday

$40/stay for drop offs or pick-ups on Sunday

$35 for cancelling within 24hrs of your drop off time
